Este reconocimiento destaca su gesti\u00f3n visionaria y compromiso inquebrantable con el desarrollo del voleibol durante su presidencia, que abarc\u00f3 el periodo 2012-2024.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u201cCollar de Oro\u201d es una condecoraci\u00f3n reservada a figuras cuya contribuci\u00f3n trasciende fronteras, marcando un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la evoluci\u00f3n del deporte. Bajo el liderazgo del Dr. Gra\u00e7a, los programas de desarrollo impulsados por NORCECA han experimentado un crecimiento notable, garantizando el fortalecimiento del voleibol en Norteam\u00e9rica, Centroam\u00e9rica y el Caribe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En reconocimiento adicional a su incansable labor y legado duradero, la Confederaci\u00f3n NORCECA declar\u00f3 al Dr. Ary Da Silva Gra\u00e7a como Presidente \u201cAd Vitam\u201d de la organizaci\u00f3n. Esta designaci\u00f3n subraya su impacto hist\u00f3rico en la consolidaci\u00f3n del voleibol como un deporte universalmente accesible y en constante evoluci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambas distinciones fueron aprobadas por las 41 Federaciones Nacionales miembros de NORCECA y fueron entregadas por el Presidente de NORCECA, Lic. Crist\u00f3bal Marte Hoffiz en el marco del 39\u00b0 Congreso Mundial de la FIVB del 15 al 17 de noviembre en Porto, Portugal, luego de la lectura de la propuesta por parte del Secretario General de NORCECA, Lic. Enrique Santis Rangel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Dr. Gra\u00e7a, visiblemente emocionado, expres\u00f3 su gratitud por este honor, destacando la importancia del trabajo colectivo para alcanzar los logros actuales.
