Puerto Rico earned their second win, this time defeating Canada 3-1 (25-20, 28-26, 19-25, 25-20), powered by 19 points from Chareika Carrión González and double-digit scoring from Karielys Michelle Meléndez Rodríguez and Valeria Chloe Núñez Altagracia. With this result, Puerto Rico moves to 2 wins and 2 losses, just one step away from securing a spot in the tournament’s Round of 16. The loss drops Canada to 0-4, eliminating them from contention.
