Brooklyn DeLeye of the United States named U21 MVP 

TORONTO, Canada, June 30, 2024 – USA’s outside hitter Brooklyn DeLeye was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the NORCECA Women’s U21 Continental Championship, which concluded this Sunday at the Pan Am Sports Centre in Toronto, Ontario. 

In addition to winning the MVP award, Brooklyn was also recognized as the Best Spiker of the event. Also from the United States, Ramsey Gary was named the Best Receiver. 

Individual Awards

From Canada, Verónica Dickson received the award for Second Best Blocker. The Best Setter award went to Ella McVittie, and Delaney Watson was honored as the Best Libero and Best Defense.  

Chareika Carrion of Puerto Rico was awarded as the Second Best Spiker and the Best Scorer. 

Mexican Aylin Ravell received the award for Best Opposite, and the recognition for Best Server went to Dominican Ariana Rodríguez. 

The award for Best Blocker went to Krystal Eddy of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
