Eight Teams to Compete for U21 NORCECA Women’s Title

TORONTO, Canada, June 23, 2024.- Eight teams are set to compete for the U21 NORCECA Women’s Continental Championship title from June 25 to 30 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.

This event is a part of the qualification system towards the FIVB U21 Women’s World Championship in 2025.

United States is the defending champion and the most successful team in the event’s history, having won seven NORCECA titles.

The competition will begin with a preliminary round of pool play. Pool A includes Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Suriname, and the United States. Pool B features Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Group winners will advance directly to the semifinals, while the teams finishing second and third in their groups will compete in the quarterfinals. The medal matches are scheduled for June 30.
