January 30, 2026.- Leadership teams from the FIVB and World Archery met yesterday to discuss potential collaboration and the future development of their sports.
The FIVB presented its Strategic Vision 2032, guided by the motto “Together as One”, sparking a dialogue on how both federations might work together to grow the global presence of their respective sports.
Representing World Archery were its new President Greg Easton, Executive Director Juan Carlos Holgado and Secretary General Raul Calin. Discussions focused on areas of shared interest, including the commercial dimension of sport, exemplified by conversations on the FIVB’s partnership with CVC and the creation of its commercial arm Volleyball World.
Both federations underlined the importance of collaboration in strengthening the international sporting community and creating even more opportunities for athletes and fans.
