Guerreras and Coronelas set the pace in Round 3 of the LVP MX

Mexico, February 4, 2026.– Round 3 of the Professional Volleyball League MX was played between January 31 and February 1, delivering important victories for Guerreras, Coronelas, and Tapatías, along with individual performances that made the difference in the competition.

Guerreras once again imposed their conditions on the road by defeating Freseras twice. On Saturday, they claimed a straight-sets victory (3–0), and on Sunday they repeated the feat with a 3–1 win. Paola Martínez Vela stood out in this series, earning MVP honors in both matches.

Coronelas, meanwhile, remained unbeaten after sweeping Leonas on the road. On Saturday, the team secured a straight-sets win (3–0), and on Sunday repeated the result with the same scoreline, recording their sixth consecutive victory of the tournament. Klaudia Pawlik shined in the series, earning MVP recognition, as did Atenas Gutiérrez, who was also named MVP of the round.

In Guadalajara, Tapatías made the most of home court against Gigantes with two consecutive victories. On Saturday, they won 3–1, and on Sunday closed the series with a solid 3–0 result. The most notable individual performance was by Seomara Sainz, who was named MVP of the series.

With these results, Coronelas remain the tournament leaders with a perfect record (6–0), followed by Guerreras (4–2), while Leonas and Tapatías share the middle of the standings. Gigantes and Freseras continue to look for adjustments heading into the next round.
