Luna Janania of Honduras Named MVP of the Second Central American U15 Girl’s Invitational Championship

MANAGUA, Nicaragua, December 14, 2025.- Luna Janania of Honduras shone brightly at the Second Central American U15 Girl’s Invitational Championship, earning three individual awards, including the Most Valuable Player (MVP) honor of the tournament.

In addition to the MVP award, Luna Janania also received the distinctions for Best Reception and First Best Spiker.

Guatemala collected five individual awards, including Best Service for Velinda Valenzuela, Best Setter for Mia Sopegno, Second Best Spiker for Alejandra Papa, First Best Blocker for Kamila Morales, and Best Opposite for Danica Reyes.

For Nicaragua, the standout player was Ixtchel Talavera, who earned the awards for Second Best Blocker and Top Scorer of the tournament.

Belize also took home two individual honors, both awarded to Miley Armstrong, who was recognized as the Best Libero of the tournament and Best Digger.
