SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, November 14, 2025. – Nicaragua earned a convincing victory over Guatemala, 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-19), to secure the second ticket to the final of the XV AFECAVOL U19 Women’s Central American Championship.
Nicaragua will face Costa Rica in the stellar match of the tournament’s fifth and final day, while Guatemala and Honduras will compete for third place.

Nicaragua neutralized Guatemala’s attack in a match they controlled from start to finish, facing an opponent that did not show the same drive as in previous matches.
Nicaragua delivered a solid performance on the court, achieving better numbers in attack points (29-16), blocks (3-1), and service points (7-4). They also conceded fewer points in unforced errors, with 30 compared to Guatemala’s 36.
Keysha Solís was Nicaragua’s offensive standout with 13 points, while Valentina Martínez contributed 10. For Guatemala, Annika Graniolati led the attack with 7 points.
After the match, Keysha Solís, Nicaragua’s top scorer, stated: “We are very happy to have achieved this victory. I’m very proud of my teammates because we earned a very important win; we all played with heart. Now we will face Costa Rica in the final, and we’re going to give everything to achieve the triumph.”
For her part, Annika Graniolati, Guatemala’s top scorer in the match, said: “Although the result didn’t go our way, we gave everything on the court; we played as a team and never gave up. Now we need to focus on our next match, where we intend to come in with renewed energy.”
