FRISCO, Texas, May 7, 2026. – The match-up is set for the 2026 Major League Volleyball Championship after No. 2 seed Dallas raced past third-seeded San Diego, 3-1, in Thursday’s second semifinal at the Comerica Center in Frisco, Texas. The Pulse join the fourth-seeded Omaha Supernovas in Saturday’s Match For A Million after Dallas advanced with set scores of 28-30, 25-18, 25-17 and 25-10.
Dallas is the second expansion franchise to reach the MLV Championship final in its inaugural season, joining the Indy Ignite – who were a finalist in 2025. The Pulse won three-of-four contests against the Supernovas this season.
Outside hitter Sofia Maldonado-Diaz led the Pulse attack with a match-high 21 kills and four blocks. Setter Natalia Valentin-Anderson handed out 50 assists for her ninth match with 50 or more this season.
Mojo outside hitter Grace Loberg paced San Diego with 13 kills while opposite hitter Jovana Brakocevic chipped in with 11 kills and Marlie Monseraz dished out 32 assists.
