LEÓN, Guanajuato, Mexico, June 14, 2026. – Puerto Rico’s Jair Santiago, a key figure in his team’s third consecutive championship, was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2026 NORCECA Men’s Final Four, headlining the tournament’s individual awards.
Puerto Rico, which completed a perfect campaign to successfully defend the titles they won in 2024 and 2025, dominated the individual honors. In addition to the MVP award, Santiago was also recognized as the tournament’s Best Server, while Daniel Henwood was named Best Setter, Arnel Cabrera earned Best Libero honors, and Klistan Lawrence was selected as Best Receiver.

The Dominican Republic was also well represented through Hector Cruz, who collected the awards for First Best Spiker and Best Scorer, as well as Moisés Ortíz, who was recognized as the Second Best Blocker.
Mexico placed three players among the tournament’s top performers, with Franky Hernández earning Second Best Spiker, Axel Téllez being named First Best Blocker, and Said Bravo receiving the Best Digger award.
Guatemala was also represented in the individual awards through Andy Leonardo, who was honored as Best Opposite in recognition of his outstanding performance throughout the competition.
