SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador, July 7, 2023.- The North, Central American and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation NORCECA, handed out new uniforms for International Referees from the NORCECA Confederation during the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games San Salvador 2023.
The idea was presented by the NORCECA Referee Commission and approved by the Executive Committee and Board of Administration of NORCECA who decided to create the new uniform for International NORCECA Referees.
The new design is due to modernize the Referee’s clothing, which went through a selection of several designs which will give greater comfort and attractiveness to International Referees during continental championships organized by the NORCECA Confederation.
On the occasion of the 2023 San Salvador Central American and Caribbean Games the first uniforms were delivered to the International Referees appointed to the Games by NORCECA First Vice President Ariel Sainz and General Director of NORCECA Arateide Cáceres.
The uniform delivery will be carried out progressively to all National Federations members of NORCECA and so that all NORCECA International Referees wear the new clothing during all NORCECA continental championships.
