Juan Carlos Rodriguez, coach of Puerto Rico: “A three-set win. We were able to rotate our players to learn whom we can count on. Our counter-attacks worked well and our serves created some problems to Costa Rica. Now we have to go to practice in order to prepare tomorrow’s match.”

Kareem Richards, coach of Costa Rica: “The girls looked a little better than yesterday but it is a process. We know there are factors that affect their performance. We recognize the difference that the difference with the other teams is big and we hope someday they can play at that level.”
