Both teams did not advance out of pool play; St. Lucia won two matches and lost two, while Antigua and Barbuda was winless. The final scores were 25-8, 25-15, 25-8.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, October 14, 2023. - St. Maarten are the fourth semifinalist in the ECVA U23 Male Championship after a thrilling five set victory over host the British Virgin Islands. The match 19 win was laced with emotion, stunning turning arounds and nail-biting rallies.

ROAD TOWN, Tortola, October 14, 2023. - Grenada secured a consolation victory over their pool A counterparts Anguilla, in match 18 of the ECVA U23 Male Championship. It was the sole win for Grenada, in four matches. Anguilla finished the tournament without registering a win. The final scores were 25 16, 25 16 and 25 19.

They overwhelmed pool B rivals Saba in three straight sets to finish with a record of three wins and one loss in pool play. The final scores were 25 7, 25 9 and 25 13.
