CASTRIES, Saint Lucia, May 3, 2026. – Saint Kitts and Nevis captured the men’s gold medal as the 2026 Eastern Caribbean Volleyball Association (ECVA) Senior Beach Volleyball Championship concluded on Sunday at the scenic Cul de Sac sand courts in Saint Lucia.
In the men’s event, Saint Kitts and Nevis topped the podium undeafeated, with Sint Maarten and Dominica also earning medals.
The men’s gold‑medal match saw Bristol/Morton (SKN) deliver a commanding performance against Jacob/Rajheem (SXM), winning in straight sets 2–0 (21–17, 21–9). The Saint Kitts and Nevis duo combined powerful serving with disciplined defense and effective transition play to secure the title and underline their dominance on the sand.
Dominica’s Yahn Florent and Mervin Mingo claimed the bronze medal following a solid 2–0 victory in their medal match, capping a consistent campaign and securing a well‑deserved place on the podium for the Dominican men’s team.
Over three days of intense competition from May 1–3, men and women teams from across the ECVA region battled through pool play, knockout rounds, and medal matches, culminating in high‑energy finals before an engaged local crowd.
